In the video, the title of which – “A vertical tasting which sets the record straight” – is taken from an article published in Paris Match on 23 November, Michel Bettane describes Mouton Cadet as an “honest wine”. The work done with producers in recent years is paying off, he says, giving a more precise wine and greater refinement in the maturing process with the 2015 vintage.
